You know what's amazing? Apparently Ian's mum used one of my "sayings" the other day... Sometimes I say "much shaking of fists and gnashing of teeth," and according to Ian, she said "gnashing of teeth" and Ian's dad gave her the weirdest look. Hahaha!! I find this quite amusing.

Today was Ian's mum's Birthday - ironically Ian and I had been talking about family's birthdays yesterday, but he could never remember when his mum's birthday was, so of course, he had forgotten it. So we went to Starbucks to get her a gift certificate after skating, for he couldn't think of anything else his mum would actually use... But apparently I was invited to come with them to dinner (I didn't really know this), but I could not, for I said that I was going to be home for dinner and I had homework of doom to do (boo! physics), which I think is really nice. They went to a really nice italian restaurant and Ian said that after looking that menu, the only thing that was gluten free (thus legal) was beverages. So I guess it's better that I did not go.

Gah. Reading week is almost over. I don't think I really got anything accomplished at all. Death. And I have a physics midterm in 3 days. BOO!

I got psuedo-angry/bitter last night... I was not really having the best day ever yesterday - I was feeling kind of dejected and just generally not very happy... Then when I was at at Ian's house after college and careers, he fell asleep and I was like "well, since I really shouldn't fall asleep and well I'm not holding the interest of other people, I'll go home." And well I got kind of spastic and grrr-tastic. Once Ian managed to calm me down, we randomly talked about things for a while, which is good. It's also good that I did not leave when I initally wanted to, for I had left my wallet on the floor (for I did not want to sit on it) and it would have been potentially quite disastrous had I attempted to drive home without it.

I made biscuits today - never make anything with frozen fruit without preparing yourself for it to turn a weird colour. o dear. They're still tasty though.

Well, I should go to bed, so that I can teach sunday school and study lots of physics tomorrow. Yay.

Yay for not forgetting your wallet and for coloured biscuits--we all need some *excitement* in our baking ;-p Too bad that you had to study and couldn't go to the Italian restaurant...but I agree, I pretty much had to throw my allergy out the window so that I could eat during my trip. *whoops* Good luck studying physics--I know you can do it, because you are amazing :-) Take care!
